Renovating the homes people already love.
Lumeroza sp. z o.o. is an interior renovation company based in Warsaw. We work on existing apartments and houses, helping them become calmer, more practical and more beautiful places to live.
Our philosophy
We believe a renovation should be measured by how a home feels to live in afterwards: the light in the morning, the calm of a well-finished wall, a bathroom that simply works.
An interior-focused company
Our work begins where the structure of a building ends. We concentrate on the interiors of existing homes: the walls and ceilings, the floors, the bathrooms and kitchens, and the finishing details that make a space feel complete.
We do not build new houses or alter building structures. Keeping our focus on interiors allows us to give each renovation the attention it deserves, whether it is a complete apartment or a single room.
Our renovation philosophy
- 01
Listen first
Every renovation starts with understanding how you live in your home and what you would like to change.
- 02
Plan the sequence
A clear scope and a sensible order of work prevent most problems before they appear on site.
- 03
Prepare properly
The quality of a finish depends on the surface beneath it, so we take preparation seriously.
- 04
Communicate openly
Decisions, changes and progress are discussed with you, not made on your behalf.
- 05
Respect the home
Protecting what stays, keeping the site orderly and being considerate towards neighbours are part of the job.
Interior renovation services
Each service is described in detail on our Services page.
What working with us looks like
A first conversation
You tell us about your home and your plans by email. Photos help us understand the starting point.
A visit and a scope
We look at the property and agree what the renovation will include and what decisions are needed.
Work in sequence
The renovation follows the agreed order, with updates as each stage progresses.
A final walk-through
We review the finished interior together and discuss anything that needs attention.
